Terms for BumPlayer and TV Channel Studio. Use only media and sources for which you hold the required permissions.

1. Software only — no included content
BumPlayer is media player software. TV Channel Studio is scheduling and broadcast playout software. Purchases and activations cover software features only. We do not sell or supply television channels, films, series, IPTV subscriptions, third-party playlists or media access accounts. Neither program includes rights to third-party content. Website interface examples are demonstrations, not a content package.
2. Your media and broadcasting rights
You supply your own media files, playlists, URLs and provider credentials. You must hold all permissions required to access and play that content. When using TV Channel Studio, you must also hold the rights required to copy, schedule, transmit, publicly perform or broadcast the material, including music, images, logos and other elements. Permission to watch content does not necessarily include permission to broadcast it.
3. Independent third-party services
Compatibility with formats, devices or provider login methods does not imply affiliation or endorsement. Third-party services operate independently and remain subject to their own terms and availability. We do not guarantee access to any third-party channel or media service.
4. Licenses, trials and activation
BumPlayer activation applies to the selected device and the software license described at purchase. A lifetime activation is a software activation, not a lifetime media subscription or a promise that third-party sources will remain available. TV Channel Studio offers a free 7-day trial. Contact us on Telegram for its license options, prices and purchase details. Confirm the license duration, device scope and included features before paying. Paid activation is handled manually; payment does not instantly activate the software. Send the relevant Device ID and payment reference through the contact below so the payment can be matched. Never send passwords or full card details.
5. Purchases, support and consumer rights
The amount and currency shown for a purchase cover the stated software license only. PayPal processes payments under its own terms. Contact us about an unmatched payment, activation issue, refund request or software problem. Provide the payment reference and relevant Device ID. Requests will be considered under the applicable purchase terms and law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or any applicable withdrawal right. No loss of a statutory withdrawal right is assumed merely because a download button or payment link is available.
6. Lawful use
Do not use the programs for copyright infringement, unauthorized access or retransmission, credential abuse, circumvention of access controls or other unlawful activity. You remain responsible for the sources and material you choose. This responsibility does not remove any obligations we have under applicable law.
7. Saved sources, availability and updates
Sources saved through the BumPlayer device portal are used for the synchronization feature you request. Remove sources you no longer use or have permission to access. Features may change with software updates. Compatibility depends on your device, system, network and chosen sources. No uninterrupted third-party service or fault-free operation on every system is promised. This does not limit statutory rights.
