Privacy for software and device services.
Information used for device services, licensing and support.
Last updated: 10 October 2026
Scope
This notice covers the BumPlayer website, device activation and source synchronization service. It also covers licensing and support information you provide when contacting us about TV Channel Studio. Your chosen content providers, PayPal and Telegram operate under their own privacy notices.
Information involved
BumPlayer service information includes Device ID, Device Key, platform, app version, activation status, expiry dates and connection timestamps. Sources you choose to save may include playlist names, M3U URLs and provider login credentials. Operational records may be used for security and fault diagnosis. If you contact us about a purchase or support request, the conversation may include your contact details, Device ID, payment reference and information you send about the issue. Do not send full card details, passwords or unrelated personal information.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide requested device activation, source synchronization, license support, payment matching and customer support; to protect the service and diagnose faults; and to meet applicable legal obligations. Where GDPR applies, relevant bases include performing a contract or taking steps at your request before a contract, legitimate interests in service security and reliability, and legal obligations. A legal basis must apply to each use; this notice is not a request for blanket consent.
Sources and media
You choose the media sources used with the software. Saving source credentials in the portal enables synchronization with your device; it does not make us the supplier of that media. Your selected providers may receive connections from your device and apply their own privacy practices. TV Channel Studio lets you work with your own media; this notice does not claim that your media library is uploaded to our website.
Payments, contact and recipients
PayPal handles information you enter on its payment pages. Telegram handles information used on its platform. We may receive the transaction details needed to match a payment and provide support. Service hosting and technical processing can involve infrastructure providers, and information may need to be disclosed when legally required. We do not publish your playlist credentials. Review the privacy notices of third-party services before using them.
Retention and removal
Saved playlist data remains associated with your device until you remove it or the device record is deleted. Device, support, payment and security records may need to be retained for their relevant service purpose or applicable legal requirements. Removing a playlist does not necessarily delete unrelated transaction or security records. Backup copies can persist until their retention cycle expires. Request deletion or retention information through the contact below; any lawful reason to retain requested records must be explained.
Your choices and requests
You can remove saved playlists through the device portal. Contact Telegram @aca_dk to request access, correction or deletion of your service information, or to ask about privacy. Identify the relevant device without sending its secret Device Key. We may need proportionate verification to protect the information. Where applicable, your rights may also include restriction, objection, portability and a complaint to the competent data protection authority.
Security and updates
Keep your Device Key and provider credentials private. Do not publish them in screenshots or support messages. This notice describes the purposes of processing and does not guarantee that any system is immune to a security incident. Updates to this notice will be published on this page.
